REFLEXOLOGY/REFLEXOGNOSY

A system of therapeutic foot massage techniques used to treat certain conditions and provide deep relaxation.

A typical session will begin with a warming essential oil foot wrap followed by massage and a foot wash.

We are also offer gait analysis, orthotic fitting and reflexognosy techniques, thereby providing extensive specialist foot-care.
